Requirements

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Deliver clear, professional online presentations
• Assist members with applications and basic documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow quality control procedures
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and communication
• Participate in optional leadership and professional development training
