Reporting to the Program Manager, this role combines technical project delivery with cross-functional leadership in proposal development, price estimating, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep subject matter expertise in smart infrastructure, energy systems, building automation, or federal construction, a proven record of project success, and the ability to support new business pursuits in a capture-driven environment.
