Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Bachelorâs Degree in Leadership, Business Administration or a related field.
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
- Experience with multi-site oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on running a successful, high-quality, compliant, and safe CDL program.
- Ensure adherence to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state regulatory regulations.
- Administer training programs for program directors and instructors.
- Manage fleet activities, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles.
