About The Position
The Senior Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and Information Technology Services (ITS) at West Virginia University (WVU). This position is responsible for providing business process solutions and technical support to meet the needs of various departments and the institution as a whole. The BA will work closely with domain experts to identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document comprehensive solutions across multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
