About The Position
The Seasonal Customer Care Representative role is an exciting position within SmartPak's call center as a remote employee. We are looking for some awesome horse people who can bring in their own equine experience to support our customers during our busy season. This position is fully remote and seasonal, beginning February 24, 2025, and running until August 1, 2025. Strong performers may be offered the opportunity to join the Customer Care team in a regular full-time role at the end of the season.
