Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices.
Nice To Haves
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize scrum processes and daily stand-ups.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Coaching teams on Agile practices and ensuring adherence to scrum principles.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project goals.
- Track and report on sprint goals, progress, and performance metrics.
- Foster a collaborative team environment centered on accountability.
