About The Position
Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Remote Scheduling Optimization Specialist. This person is responsible for working closely with the Senior Director and Manager of the Scheduling Optimization Department to help execute on large scale projects assigned to the team. You will be responsible for handling incoming tickets within the Fresh Service dashboard collaborating with operating teams to develop schedule templates to improve patient experience, increase office efficiency and optimize provider productivity and patient care.
