Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role.
  • Clear spoken and written English – Minimal accent preferred for client-facing communication.
  • Female candidate preferred (based on team composition/client request).
  • Experience using VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) and CRM tools .
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills .
  • Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently and take ownership of sales opportunities.
  • Passionate about customer experience and committed to building positive client relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with shifting priorities and high communication volume.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Sales Execution Follow up with qualified leads via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Convert inbound inquiries and scouted leads into potential customers.
  • Understand client needs, present service offerings effectively, and guide them toward a booking decision.
  • Maintain professional, prompt, and persistent follow-ups to ensure no sales opportunity is missed.
  • Sales Pipeline Management Actively manage CRM tools and lead tracking systems to monitor progress and conversion stages.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep communication and sales status updated.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of consultations, estimates, or service appointments.
  • Team Support & Coordination Assist the broader sales team with overflow communication, scheduling, and lead assignments.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach and messaging strategies.
  • Provide consistent reporting and feedback to leadership on lead quality, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and propose solutions.
  • Offer suggestions on tools, scripts, or workflows to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
