Remote Sales Specialist, the opportunity Clarendale Senior Living, part of Life Care Services is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Sales Specialist. This position will respond promptly and personally via phone and email to inquiries across assigned senior living communities, utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and activities, and coordinate with community teams to move the lead through the initial steps of the sales process with a focus on scheduling experiences. The sales specialist will also nurture active and inactive leads as assigned. Additionally, the Remote Sales Specialist will have the responsibility for conducting mystery shops of various communities within the assigned communities and for competitors. The Remote Sales Specialist will report directly to the Regional Sales and Marketing Director with significant interaction and collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Directors and sales teams at the communities served.
