Remote Sales Representative, Inbound

About the position

As an Inside Sales Agent at Liberty Mutual, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will begin paid training in a remote work environment, with comprehensive medical benefits starting from day one. The role requires you to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. All computer equipment is provided, and you must maintain a professional workspace with a high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
• Consult with customers on their insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products.
• Adapt to different environments and schedules as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
