About The Position

Emergent Financial Group is a high-powered insurance team with explosive growth, looking for licensed life insurance agents to join us. We offer a fast-track program for those who are not yet licensed, guiding them through the licensing process in as little as a few weeks, and we sponsor pre-licensing classes for suitable candidates. Our sales platforms include virtual sales (telesales and/or Zoom video sales) or face-to-face sales. We operate a leads-driven business model, meaning no cold calling or door-to-door sales. Our clients have expressed interest in learning more about life insurance through forms they filled out, either digitally or physically. We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection. Our compensation structure is among the highest in the industry, with typical starting commissions at 70% and potential to reach up to 140%.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• At least 18 years old to get licensed.
• No prior sales experience or degree is required.
• Must pass State License Exam if not already licensed.
