Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of teams focused on the evolving needs of the power grid. From handling travel arrangements to facilitating onboarding processes, you will play a vital role in fostering seamless operations. This position offers a blend of autonomy and engagement, enabling you to streamline processes and ensure the flow of timely information. Your work will be pivotal in supporting regional sales efforts and the growth of energy solutions.

Requirements

  • Work authorization to permit employment in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work in the Mountain Time Zone to support regional operations.
  • Experience handling confidential employee and organizational information.
  • Strong communication skills across various functions and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects supporting several leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with booking practices.
  • Assist with creating regional presentations by gathering and finalizing materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales team members on their first day.
  • Serve as a contact point for regional sales teams navigating across internal partners.
  • Maintain schedules by booking meetings and resolving calendar conflicts.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Support monthly reporting by compiling key updates and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
