Requirements

  • Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — fully supported)
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold others accountable
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and disciplined — someone who leads by example
  • Comfortable managing and mentoring a remote team across digital platforms
  • Organized, reliable, and committed to the growth of others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team-lead capacity (any industry considered)
  • Background in sales, coaching, or team development
  • A track record of helping others achieve goals

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote insurance sales agents across Canada
  • Provide regular one-on-one coaching and constructive performance feedback to team members
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs and develop clear action plans to drive results
  • Lead weekly team meetings, accountability check-ins, and collaborative training sessions
  • Mentor agents through virtual client presentations and complex enrollment situations
  • Maintain personal sales activity alongside team leadership responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on growth initiatives and team development strategies
  • Ensure all team activities comply with provincial licensing requirements and company standards
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
