Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in scaling revenue across SaaS subscription and professional services.
  • Successful track record in leading global sales teams across diverse regions.
  • Experience transforming international revenue organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and methodologies.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the global sales strategy, accountable for revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a globally distributed sales organization.
