Your role is to provide clear, professional guidance and assist clients through the enrollment process.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communicators with professional presence
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment (Zoom, email, CRM systems)
- Self-disciplined, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Open to coaching and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
- Present company-approved programs to qualified leads
- Educate clients and provide clear, accurate information
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital records
- Follow structured sales systems and compliance guidelines
- Work independently while remaining part of a remote team
