About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking professional and motivated Sales Associates to join our remote sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, coachable, and willing to learn a structured, ethical sales process.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, guided onboarding, and continuous support to prepare each Sales Associate for success in a commission-based environment.
This role is commission-based and not hourly or salaried.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Coachable with a strong work ethic
• No prior sales or industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom, phone, and email
• Present company-approved products and services professionally
• Educate clients clearly and ethically to support informed decisions
• Assist with enrollment using established procedures
• Maintain accurate and confidential digital records
• Manage follow-ups and assigned leads
• Work independently while collaborating with a remote sales team
• Meet daily and weekly performance expectations
