Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic technology
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Coachable and goal-oriented mindset
- No prior sales or insurance experience required
Responsibilities
- Present company-approved programs and services to assigned clients
- Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone
- Educate clients on available options and assist with enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules
- Collaborate with team members and leadership remotely
- Meet or exceed weekly performance benchmarks
