About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding and actively hiring Remote Sales Associates across the United States. This is a fully remote, client-facing Sales Associate role where you will meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about our programs. Your responsibility is to educate, guide, and assist them through the enrollment process. This is not cold calling. This is not door-to-door sales. You will be speaking only with warm, pre-qualified clients. Full Paid Training Provided No prior sales or insurance experience is required. Our structured training program includes: Step-by-step onboarding process Live virtual classroom training Sales presentation scripts and product education Technology and CRM system training Mentorship from experienced Sales Leaders Ongoing weekly coaching and development You will never be left to “figure it out” alone. We provide the systems, support, and leadership to help you succeed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication skills (English)
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Coachable and goal-oriented
  • No previous sales experience required. We train the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual meetings via Zoom or phone
  • Present company-approved coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Answer client questions and educate them on available benefits
  • Assist clients with completing enrollment applications
  • Maintain organized digital client records
  • Follow up with clients as needed
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance goals
