About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales force and is seeking motivated individuals who want to build a career in commission-based sales with structured training, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals who are coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable earning based on performance. You will work remotely, conducting virtual sales consultations with pre-qualified individuals and educating them on company-approved benefit programs. This is not an hourly or salaried role. Earnings are commission-based and directly tied to performance. What Sets This Opportunity Apart We don’t just hire — we train and develop sales professionals. Full Training Includes: Step-by-step onboarding program Live virtual sales training sessions Product knowledge and compliance education Sales presentation scripting and objection handling One-on-one mentorship and team support Ongoing coaching and performance feedback No sales background? No problem. Our training is designed for entry-level candidates and continues as you grow. Compensation & Earning Potential Commission-based pay with weekly payouts Performance incentives and bonuses (not guaranteed) Uncapped earning potential Average first-year earnings reported by associates: ~$80,000 (Results vary and depend on individual effort and performance)

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic technology
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn sales
  • No prior sales or insurance experience required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations via Zoom and phone
  • Educate clients on benefit options and assist with enrollment
  • Follow company-approved sales processes and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
  • Work independently while collaborating with a remote sales team
  • Consistently work toward weekly and monthly performance goals
