Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conducting scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
  • Clearly presenting available benefit options to clients
  • Answering client questions and providing guidance
  • Assisting clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintaining accurate client records in our digital system
  • Following up with clients to ensure excellent service
