About The Position

Globe Life AO is hiring Remote Sales Associates to support continued growth. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and willing to learn a structured sales process.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide complete training, step-by-step onboarding, and ongoing support to prepare new associates for success in a commission-based sales environment.
This is a performance-based position and is not hourly or salaried.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• No prior sales or industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Communicate with assigned clients via Zoom, phone, and email
• Present company-approved products and services professionally
• Educate clients to help them make informed decisions
• Assist with enrollment using a guided sales process
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records
• Follow up with clients and manage assigned leads
• Work independently while collaborating with a remote sales team
