About The Position
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This role focuses on educating prospective clients about company-approved insurance products and assisting them through the enrollment process via virtual consultations. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided. No prior sales experience is required; however, strong communication skills and self-discipline are essential. This position does not involve door-to-door sales. Lead generation structure will be explained during the interview process.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic digital systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Participate in team training sessions and coaching calls
