About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote workforce and seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Sales Associates. This role is a commission-based sales position focused on conducting structured virtual consultations, presenting company-approved insurance programs, and guiding individuals through enrollment. Sales Associates operate in a remote environment, follow established company sales procedures, and work toward defined performance benchmarks. Full training and ongoing mentorship are provided to support success in a performance-driven sales environment.

Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
  • Show professionalism, reliability, and coachability
  • Possess a goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom and phone
  • Present company-approved products clearly and professionally
  • Educate individuals on available coverage options
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential digital records
  • Follow company compliance guidelines and ethical sales standards
  • Collaborate with a remote sales team
  • Work toward individual and team sales performance goals
