About The Position

Sales Associates play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by conducting structured virtual consultations, presenting company-approved products, and guiding clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and integrity. High-performing associates are provided with a clearly defined pathway to leadership and management positions. This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and telephone.
  • Professionally present company-approved products and programs to prospective clients.
  • Educate clients on available coverage options, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process in accordance with company compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital client records.
  • Follow up with assigned leads to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership and remote team members to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance benchmarks.
