Position Overview The Remote Sales Associate is responsible for presenting company-approved insurance programs to individuals who have requested information. This role involves conducting virtual consultations, explaining coverage options, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate documentation. Associates operate in a structured remote sales environment with leadership support, performance metrics, and advancement benchmarks. This position does not involve cold calling or door-to-door solicitation.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms and basic technology
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Organized and accountable in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom and phone
- Present approved insurance solutions clearly and professionally
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Assist clients through the enrollment process
