About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking focused, disciplined, and self-driven individuals to join our remote sales team. This is a performance-based sales role designed for individuals who are willing to learn, follow a structured process, and consistently work toward measurable goals.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, proven sales systems, and ongoing leadership support. Success in this role is driven by effort, consistency, and coachability.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
• No prior sales or industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom and phone
• Present company-approved programs in a professional and compliant manner
• Educate individuals on available options and guide them through enrollment
• Accurately document client interactions using company systems
• Follow established sales procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
• Work independently while meeting weekly performance expectations
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistent work habits
