About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our organization as Remote Sales Associates. This is a commission-based sales role designed for individuals who are coachable, goal-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in sales and leadership. No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide structured, comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined pathway into entry-level management and leadership positions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer applications
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, Zoom, and email
Present company-approved products and services in a professional and compliant manner
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist clients with enrollment and account-related inquiries
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation
Collaborate with a remote sales team and leadership support staff
Meet individual performance goals and participate in ongoing training
