This role involves 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers.

Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals
Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
Must live in Georgia - in/near Atlanta Metro, Augusta, Columbus, Savannah
High school diploma/GED
Flexible to work shifts which can include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Smartphone/device with active network connection
Home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload), USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors
Employee responsible for all setup costs (except where required by law)
