We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Reservations Specialist to support daily operations by coordinating booking requests, managing reservation details, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. In this role, you'll use established tools, processes, and training to assist with client reservations, track important updates, and keep workflows moving forward. You'll work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in reservations, administrative support, scheduling, or customer service (preferred, not required)

• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
