About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective service delivery. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the flexibility to work hybrid.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in a relations management, client-facing, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage client communications and act as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
Oversee client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and upper management.
Handle any client concerns or issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
