Requirements

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant security experience, with at least three (3) years in security management.
Demonstrated experience managing security operations involving magnetometers and hand-held detection wands.
Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage personnel remotely across multiple locations and states.
Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Oversee security operations and personnel at approximately 15 US Government sites across multiple states.
Manage a team of approximately 30 licensed armed security guards, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, maintaining daily communication and reporting.
Handle all on-site personnel issues, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure all personnel maintain compliance with federal, state, and local security requirements.
Verify maintenance and operational use of all security equipment.
