Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.
• CPA, JD, or EA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in R&D tax credits.
• 2+ years of supervisory and mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead teams while demonstrating exceptional client service.
• Commitment to continuous learning and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting services related to R&D tax credits and deductions.
• Manage R&D tax credit studies involving client data analysis and technical report preparation.
• Draft technical memoranda on R&D matters and provide audit defense support.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and become an expert in their business operations.
• Assist in managing client engagement metrics including staffing and profitability.
• Support team growth through mentorship and collaborative learning opportunities.
