We’re looking for a Psychiatrist licensed in Massachusetts to join one of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) partners in an outpatient setting, treating patients of all ages. This role offers the flexibility to work 24 hours per week and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care. About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote | CCBHC outpatient clinic based in Massachusetts Schedule: 24 hrs/wk | Flexible scheduling (8- or 10-hour days) Patient Population: Ages 5+ preferred; open to providers comfortable treating ages 13+ Primary Diagnoses: Moderate-acuity patient population with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, complex psychopharmacology cases, and co-morbid with SUD. Appointment Times : 60 min. for initial visits, 30 min. for follow-ups. 15–30 min. administrative time per day. Additional Coverage: Providers should be open to occasional cross-coverage for voluntary inpatient units (e.g., during PTO or unexpected absences). This is infrequent but important for team support. Support: Dedicated support staff available for administrative tasks, including documentation and prior authorizations No on-call required!
