Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
6+ years of product management or data architecture experience, particularly in HR/Talent technology.
Deep understanding of talent domain systems and processes supporting employee lifecycle events.
Experience with Generative AI and engineering collaborations.
Ability to navigate strategic operations and detailed technical considerations.
Familiarity with learning systems and employee engagement tools.
Self-directed in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
Empathy for users, capable of transforming needs into engaging product experiences.
Skilled in managing product requirements, technical development, and launches.
Proficient in data-driven business decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
