Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years of product management or data architecture experience, particularly in HR/Talent technology.
  • Deep understanding of talent domain systems and processes supporting employee lifecycle events.
  • Experience with Generative AI and engineering collaborations.
  • Ability to navigate strategic operations and detailed technical considerations.
  • Familiarity with learning systems and employee engagement tools.
  • Self-directed in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Empathy for users, capable of transforming needs into engaging product experiences.
  • Skilled in managing product requirements, technical development, and launches.
  • Proficient in data-driven business decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for talent management systems.
  • Understand the needs of HR stakeholders and employees through research and data analysis.
  • Translate complex business issues into user-focused product experiences.
  • Prioritize demands from stakeholders using a strategic framework.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver quality products on time.
  • Monitor product performance and satisfaction, using data to drive improvements.
  • Stay updated on HR tech trends to innovate our product approach.
  • Lead discussions with senior leaders to influence strategic direction.
  • Utilize user research to validate product hypotheses and solutions.
  • Explore AI and large language applications within Talent Technology.
