About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote PreSales Consulting Systems Engineer. In this role, you will primarily work from home, providing critical pre-sales technical support for complex product implementations. You will engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, articulating the value of advanced networking solutions. As a key member of the sales team, your insightful contributions will influence customer decisions and lead to successful business engagements. Your ability to build relationships and tailor solutions for clients will drive positive outcomes for their organizations, ultimately allowing them to leverage technology effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering and pre-sales support.
  • Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to design solutions for complex technical issues.
  • Ability to interface with senior levels of internal and external organizations.
  • Experience mentoring junior Systems Engineers is preferred.
  • Industry expert-level certifications strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Manage account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory.
  • Provide optimal combinations of hardware, software, and services to meet complex customer needs.
  • Play a key role in the development of bids, proposals, and presentations to prospects.
  • Deliver specific technical and sales support for accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for customers and potential clients.
  • Manage vendor partners to drive business and deliver demand generation events.
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline and forecasts in alignment with regional goals.
