About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in parking operations management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of parking technology and remote operational management.
  • Experience with financial reporting, P&L responsibility, and data analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software, with a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and nurture client relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and assess business metrics and operational performance for effectiveness.
  • Manage financial performance and oversight of the budget for multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with parking systems teams to ensure successful site launches and transitions.
  • Support new business development efforts through direct engagement with sales teams.
