About The Position

Our client is seeking a part-time remote Physician to provide clinical oversight and support while ensuring adherence to high standards of care. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing the physician to choose their working hours, including weekend availability. The position is ideal for licensed physicians in Texas, Georgia, and Florida, particularly those specializing in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• 3+ years' experience as a practicing primary care provider.
• Completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Board certification in primary care or related field from the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Current, unencumbered State Medical Practitioner License or in process of applying.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration (if applicable to state).
• Experience collaborating with multiple Advanced Practice Providers.

Nice To Haves

• Preference for candidates licensed in Texas, Georgia, and Florida.
• Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to the team in relevant state.
• Evaluate patient records, diagnose, and prescribe medication using a custom EMR.
• Advocate for patients seeking to use telemedicine as part of treatment.
• Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, interactions, and treatment options.
