About The Position

This is a fully remote position based in the United States. Occasional travel may be required for in-person training at customer facilities or with the Cyberhawk management team in Denver. In this role, you will conduct detailed remote inspections of utility assets including distribution, transmission, and substation assets. Inspections are performed by analyzing imagery captured via drone (UAS), helicopter, or ground-based cameras, using either customer software platforms or Cyberhawk's software, iHawk. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting inspection findings in accordance with complex, customer-specific inspection standards. This is an advanced, independent role best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of making informed assessment decisions with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of utility infrastructure and inspection methodologies is essential to success in this position. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electrical or infrastructure inspection
• Strong working knowledge of distribution and transmission inspection standards, construction practices, and components
• Safety-first mindset with a consistent and demonstrable commitment to compliance
• Proficient IT skills including the use of tablet or desktop applications and data handling
• Ability to independently manage workload and time effectively to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
• Must be eligible to live and work in the US with high fluency in English
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check during onboarding
• Successful candidates may be required to attend and pass the customer's training and examination process

Nice To Haves

• Qualified lineman, groundman, or similar electrical trade background
• Experience with UAS, helicopter, or other photography-based inspection methods
• Familiarity and experience reporting to compliance-based defect standards based on directives such as G.O. 165

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of inspection imagery and create accurate annotations and notifications in accordance with provided inspection standards
• Examine and record abnormal or high-priority conditions, including third-party caused issues that may present fire, safety, or compliance risks
• Review and implement feedback from Cyberhawk's internal Quality Control (QC) group as well as the customer's QC group
• Handle data securely, including backing up, sorting, and uploading as required
• Attend internal and customer meetings and actively engage in process improvement discussions
• Share lessons learned and quality findings with the broader team to drive continuous improvement
• Assist team members in elevating the overall quality of Cyberhawk's deliverables
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper implementation of SOPs
• Adhere to Cyberhawk's highest standards of quality, safety, and IT security
• Other duties as assigned
