About The Position
The Community Health Worker (CHW) – Outreach Specialist will play a critical role in connecting members with Wider Circle’s programs through remote outreach operations. This experienced CHW will leverage their expertise to conduct inbound and outbound calls, foster member relationships, and promote participation in community health initiatives.
