About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Cell Therapy Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of strategies to ensure the effective treatment of patients with advanced cell therapy products. Your expertise will be vital in managing center operations and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. You will also facilitate continuous operational improvements and quality assurance processes to maximize efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely and engaging with key stakeholders across various clinical settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Business, Medicine, or Science.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in areas such as CAR-T or hospital stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting external partners in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Ability to engage with medical topics confidently while managing operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience or knowledge in cell apheresis or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial onboarding teams to implement site onboarding for cell therapy products.
  • Provide ongoing operations support and training to external site staff.
  • Ensure high-quality supply of starting material for GMP manufacturing of cell therapy products.
  • Conduct investigations of deviations related to manufacturing specifications.
  • Deliver onsite support for training and first orders based on site assessments.
  • Localize center qualification frameworks according to relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate initial trainings and support consistent rollout of training manuals.
  • Negotiate and maintain quality agreements with apheresis units.
  • Guide internal and external partners in clinical trial support across teams.
  • Share best practices and escalate impediments to leadership.
