About The Position

Requirements

  • Located in an EST Timezone.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployment and operations.
  • 2+ years in a technical support or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of observability solutions; Grafana experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Technical mindset with a desire for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Design customer observability maturity journeys and guide them on that path.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance to promote technology adoption.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success.
  • Advise clients on best practices and strategies for technology utilization.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize costs and expand their use of solutions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive effective use of the product suite for maximum client value.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feature requests internally.
