The position involves providing comprehensive academic support to VN/PN, BSN | MPEN nursing students throughout the nursing program, focusing on improving and mastering CMS performance through individualized coaching sessions and targeted support for at-risk students. Coaches will also develop and lead CMS Boot Camps, maintain consistent coaching availability, collaborate with faculty and stakeholders, and track student progress and outcomes.
