About The Position
The Tier III NOC Technician role is focused on providing advanced technical support for network products and services. This position requires a skilled technician to perform diagnostics, create maintenance requests, and coordinate with the Network Control Center (NCC) and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to ensure optimal network health. The technician will work independently with minimal supervision, handling moderately difficult assignments that require innovation and sound judgment.
