The Tier III NOC Technician role is focused on providing advanced technical support for network products and services. This position requires a skilled technician to perform diagnostics, create maintenance requests, and coordinate with the Network Control Center (NCC) and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to ensure optimal network health.
