About The Position

Candidate must reside in Nevada! Compensation: Year 1: Estimated earnings based on achieved benchmark of $45,000, with the opportunity for additional earnings, based on individual sales performance. Year 2 & Beyond: Transition to a commission-only based structure. (To be communicated as a part of the offer). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (preferred), including B2B sales.
  • Strong salesmanship skills and ability to develop a business territory with limited leads.
  • Automotive performance and technical expertise (required).
  • Familiarity with Mountain and Pacific state territories (preferred).
  • Proficient with computers, Windows-based systems, and desktop applications.
  • High-speed cable Internet (minimum 25mb, no DSL).
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities, ensuring quality service and product consistency.
  • Present and sell company products/services to clients.
  • Identify prospects, cold call, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies, action plans, and schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
  • Oversee account management, follow-ups, and contract activation.
  • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales progress and generate reports.
  • Communicate market trends and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate sales, shipping, and delivery planning.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing events.
  • Follow up on payments as needed.
