About The Position
Remote Mental Health Therapist Location: Arkansas Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Description This opportunity is designed for Arkansas-licensed therapists seeking stability in a remote clinical role. You will focus on therapy delivery while supporting consistent care standards and documentation practices across the program.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Reliable time management and clinical judgment
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment updates
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches
- Offer clinical insight on higher-needs cases
- Support adherence to care protocols
- Maintain state and ethical compliance
