About The Position

Iris Telehealth is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care while supporting our clinicians with the tools, community, and work-life balance they need to thrive. We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW, LCMHC, and/or LMFT to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Vermont-based partners. As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans, provide therapy to adult patients (ages 18+), with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and SUD, and collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Active Vermont LICSW, LCMHC, and/or LMFT license required.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
• Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with myAvatar NX is a plus!).
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
