About The Position
The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor at ERA ED, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, plays a crucial role in providing state-of-the-art mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas. This position is designed for licensed professionals, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), who are committed to transforming lives through effective mental health care. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring associate therapists and interns, ensuring that they meet the standards set forth by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). With a focus on professional development, the supervisor will lead training sessions, provide psychoeducation, and maintain compliance with program standards and policies. This role requires a commitment to ongoing professional growth, ethical practice, and the establishment of effective working relationships with supervisees and colleagues. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Mental Health Clinical Supervisor will be expected to develop personal and professional knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking.
