Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
  • Understand each client’s needs and provide clear, personalized guidance
  • Explain available coverage options in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
  • Support clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up communication
  • Assist existing clients with updates, reviews, and general support
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team collaboration
