Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Operations Research).
- 7+ years of management consulting experience from top-tier firms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
- High standards for excellence and a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the systems and strategy behind the quoting engine and automation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to enhance user experience.
- Drive critical metrics including loss ratio, retention, and conversion rates.
- Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations on performance and strategy.
- Scale operations to reach targets of 50M customers and $10B revenue.
