Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required)
- Experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development, and contract negotiations (Required)
- Proficiency in negotiation and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms (Required)
- Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required)
- Understanding of market trends and business principles relevant to procurement and supply chain management (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required)
